Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ATScut (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What ATScut does

ATScut helps you turn long-form video you own or are authorized to use into short clips, summaries, and narrated recaps. You direct the edits; the Service performs the processing.

3. Your content and rights

You retain ownership of the video you upload and the clips you generate. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to every source you upload and to publish the output. Do not upload content you do not own or have a licence/permission to use. You must comply with the terms of any platform you publish to (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.), including their copyright and AI-disclosure rules.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ATScut to infringe copyright, evade content-protection or platform-integrity systems, harass others, or produce unlawful, deceptive, or harmful material. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI-generated output

Clips, summaries, narration voices, and reframing are produced by automated models and may contain errors. Review output before publishing. Where you add AI-generated narration or imagery, you are responsible for any disclosure your destination platform or local law requires; ATScut provides an AI-disclosure label to help.

6. Credits and billing

Some features consume credits. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices and pack sizes may change; changes do not affect credits already purchased.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATScut is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms.
